Artist: Title: Taking The Piss In The Name Of Art Originally recorded on and for International Strange Music Day, 24th August 2023, we are proud to have the track accepted to be released on Bromtol Largesse on the occasion of its 3rd anniversary. It is exactly what it says it is, albeit tongue firmly in cheek, constructed from a single sample of myself taking a piss. Annoyingly, having 'saved it up' for a couple of hours and painstakingly setting up a microphone in a 'good sound capture but splash proof' position in the bathroom, the stream lasted a mere three seconds. Life mocks me. However, thanks to the joys of modern digital technology, Skit and I were able to construct this seven minute 'fluidically meditative' piece from just that. I'm Attila Szabó from Miskolc Hungary 30 years ago i started playing in a punk band, and a tarditional folk-zither band simultaneously. That was my musical education. Many years, and some band after i met the elecronic music. That's grabbed me and hold me also since ago. My name in the electronic era is remetemen Mostly i released my music myself on the bandcamp and soundcloud, but i made some cd and tape too. Some of my stuff released by Attenuation Circuit and Camembert Électrique. At first I only used DAW programs. I edited and published it. Over the years, my working method has shifted more and more towards hardwares and live recordings. Now I'm sending an older thing. I have a lot of abandoned works, sometimes I take them out to see if I can do something with them now. Sometimes it works. The reason I'm not giving a new recording is simple.
